The Referral Mastermind Launch event was very professionally done - very slick! Everybody was very friendly, it was well explained and pretty thorough. We'd like more local business so we're definitely interested.

The information provided in the Referral Mastermind Group launch event was clear and precise. It was good quality- not wish washy like at some events. I can clearly see the opportunity and the benefit in it and all the business practice made good sense.

The speakers were excellent at the Referral Mastermind Launch event I wasn't expecting that format. It's always good to go and remind yourself of what you are supposed to be doing! I feel invigorated and refreshed - it was really good content. I was initially a little nervous because although we do PR, we also cover marketing and some of our competitors were there. This point was raised by another delegate and the explanation from Sean was totally sound and put me at ease immediately - with approximately 10,000 referral prospects available, there are more than enough to go round! I can really see the value in it.

Rather than just the so called 'get feedback', it's the full circle. It's the opportunity to develop that further and use Enquir3s skills to obtain referrals, testimonials and create case studies. The benefits are that I've got real time testimonials that will be going on my website. Bigger than that, I think because it's independent people are more honest which allows me to improve anything that they feel is bothering them. There's one particular customer who I struggled to get any feedback from, not that we're not doing a great service, she'd let us know if there's anything we need to improve, but the feedback that came back from her was unreal; It was really pleasing. We've got a couple of one off extra works as a result. I'm also sending out thank you cards with boxes of sweets that Enquir3 suggested. What I'll be doing myself as a follow up is, when I go around with those sweets, asking if they do have any referrals.

The first thing that stood out was the instant feedback we got from the interviews that happened. It was very timely and it allowed us to consider what actions we should take off the back of that rather than waiting for the full report. For me the first one gave me an insight into a situation that I wasn't aware of but that my team was aware of and hadn't really dealt with, so one phone call and one meeting after that and we've got that client back on board which is fantastic. It's allowed us to re-engage one client who could easily have gone elsewhere and there's the potential to do more with them now. There's another enquiry where we got in touch with the client and at least excused ourselves with them, and also we got some great feedback from our other clients who think we're doing a great job.

The client engagement process have proved extremely benefical. To have the statistics, to say that 91% of our customers are happy with our services, is great. That's a nice figure to bandy about. We've been able to use some quotes taken from our clients in testimonials or references. It's also highlighted areas of strength but also little niggles so we could make sure that people are happy with our service in it's entirety and that they're not just keeping their niggles to themselves.

The Enquir3 Introductory Seminar gave me a better understanding of the whole system. There was a lot of information covered and so many different approaches to what you do. The main benefit is the opportunities that can arise from the surveys. Clients commissioning surveys know that they should be following up, but there's always a time issue and they quite often don't, so there is huge value in not only doing the groundwork to spot the opportunity in the first place, but also being able to offer the follow up and help them see the issues and opportunities that exist in their client base. It's very obvious that you need consultants to work with your clients, but it's also a very complimentary service for consultants to offer to their own clients too. Overall, I love the system and I 100% agree with the value of the surveys, and the cross-selling and referral opportunities that arise from them. It all makes sense and I'm very positive and optimistic about working with Enquir3 - there are so many differ

I thought the Enquir3 6 Step Workshop was very well presented with a lot of information. The use of good graphics meant that it was easy to follow and there were two or three presenters, which provided more interest. The venue was good and the other delegates were also very positive. I have already recommended this workshop to other Business Advisors and the process to my clients. I look forward to introducing more business owners to Enquir3 in the future.

The service provided by Enquir3 was very professional, and it was very efficient. Particularly when it comes to the one survey they did for the team; it was first class and gave us some very invaluable insight into the team which has influenced how we do things.

Enquir3 made it easy for me as a consultant to recommend the client engagement process to my clients, because of their level of understanding; the fact that they know what they're doing and they can demonstrate easily how it would benefit us. I was able to reassure my clients that Enquir3 make it really easy for them not to fail, from the ease of the system, to the ready-made templates, someone is there to hold your hand all the way. We have completed two projects so far and they have both been completely different experiences. One client already knew they had a problem but had no evidence, but as a result of their client satisfaction interviews their clients told them, and they then had to act. The customer had over-promised on customer service and knew they would be under delivering, and as a result of the client research they were able to pare back what they were promising, enabling them to focus more on their market differentiation which they can fulfill, rather than throw everything at it. The other project largely came down to customer service. They definitely knew they weren't fulfilling the needs of their clients, but they were not sure of the impact that was having on their business. This client research helped them realise how detrimental their current logistics and operational structure was, which meant these aspects were then nudged up the priority list and enabled them to have more grasp on the changes necessary. We all know the devastating effects unhappy clients can have on a business, but it helps greatly to be able to study the evidence in order to provide the solutions required to change. I specialise in strategic marketing for clients i.e. ROI, which you can't do unless you have a full understanding of why customers buy; which makes this data analysis absolutely critical. This is the key mapping tool that I need to work effectively with my clients.

It was just so easy in that Enquir3 just looked after the whole process for us and we didn't really have to get involved. The process greatly benefited us because we didn't' realise that some clients were unhappy, and as a result we've put some things into place because of that.

Fantastic Masterclass!The main thing I came away with was that, while marketing is important, we have lots of existing customers and we should spend time understanding what they want and need, and being more proactive in developing our relationships with them. I gained ideas as to how we can build our current relationship with our clients. If people have had really really bad service they'll tell you, or if they've had really really good service they'll say something, but the ones in the middle often don't bother, but if you talk to them it can be really good to get those insights. I liked the numbers that were in the room i.e. it wasn't a huge gathering, it was a room in which there was an opportunity to have a conversation with lots of different people, but also for that conversation to be a discussion at times, with a number of people, which wouldn't have worked if it was a larger crowd.

There were lots of interesting and quite dynamic presentations. the thing that particularly stood out for me was the opportunities around the Virtual Finance Director. I went for a whole range of things, but mainly to find out more about Virtual Finance Director and Risk Dashboard I came away with a whole range of opportunities in terms of business advisory.

It was well organised. It was a great day, well worth attending I took lots away from the event. I think I came across four business systems that will help my business a great deal, but the main thing is it will help my business as it's helping other people's businesses be better which is a win win situation all around; it will create more business for the providers and for the clients it will help.

The presentations were good and I also think, from a personal perspective, the people in the room were of interest to me from a business relationships standpoint. I wanted to meet some new connections and learn a bit more, and I certainly achieved that.

It was a very professional 'can do' environment and I enjoyed that. That's the best way to sum it up. It was very positive with people who had the answers to any question you may have.

Everyone who attended was very positive about the entire process. Everyone seemed to be there to get something out of it that they could use with clients etc.
