Enquir3 have this great infographic showing the traditional way of marketing, paying money on a website and going the traditional route with social media etc., then it was presenting a different way, talking to your clients, finding out what works and what doesn't, fixing what doesn't, and going back for referrals. It seemed to me more logical and more likely to work, so I put that into action with my own company. It was useful feedback on what works and what doesn't and, when I'm at the point that I want another client, I have the ammo to go forward and get some referrals. I got emails every time they got a response from somebody so that was very good. We have recommended Enquir3 to a couple of my clients. What I said was that it's a bit different. It's something you can use alongside your current marketing methods to market your business. One of them uses social media quite a lot as they have a website etc. to promote their business. The other is an architect so it's more about contacts, people you know and building relationships. I thought both of them could benefit from getting some feedback from their clients and taking a more structured feedback approach. It's a no brainer. They both have high turn over so it's such a small investment, and because of the kinds of businesses they are it represents a large portion of their revenue, so just to get the top 10 clients represents a large part of the business.

I think the main thing was the way that Enquir3 got to grips with what we were trying to achieve, and advised on the structure of the call that we should make, and that sort of thing. Just getting the grasp of what we wanted. Everything worked to time; We got everything when it was scheduled and didn't have any delays which was good as well. Just getting some useful insight from our customers so that we can make changes to our service based on the result, which we have already put into action. I think it all worked very well. Having Enquir3 come in and present the reports to our team was good as well as it got the whole team engaged in the feedback.

I found the session was very informative and liked the way our business was broken down bit by bit in an interesting and interactive way. This caused the team to voice their individual opinions to the team and then all come to a mutual decision about where we would like the business to go and who we should target to make it grow. Since the workshop I have noticed a vast difference in the approach the seniors have and it has created a lot more motivation within the team as an effect.

Daniel from Enquir3 gave an interesting talk on how businesses can get real value from their existing clients and customers. He clearly knows his subject area well and can back up his conclusions with evidence from a variety of sources. Daniel revealed several surprising truths that we were unaware of and stimulated questions and discussion that were useful to everyone there.

It was interesting to find out about what people thought about the services we offer. It will reinforce the good things we do and look at any negatives which will strengthen our service. I thought it was very professional, very customer friendly, and very clear in setting expectations. The information that we gained as a business as a result of the survey was incredibly useful, and will continue to be incredibly useful in terms of marketing and improving our service. The feedback has certainly given us some potential improvements to our service. It's also given us an opportunity to get some very, very good testimonials as well as some case study material for marketing. I think it's probably shown us the value of asking your clients opinion and then letting them know that you've taken on board what they've said. It's really reiterated the importance of communication with your customers.
